Christmas Pheasants – Handmade Card

Pheasants are part of our country landscape these days. The male has wonderful chestnut, golden brown and black markings on their bodies and tails with dark green head and red face wattling. The female nestled in the grasses is a simple mottled brown. This wintry festive scene is in blues, purples and browns with touches of white snow.  Hand painted the image is set on a soft ombre circle of a dusty blue mist.  A lovely card for wishing everyone a Happy Christmas.
