Mother’s Day – Coral Rose and Butterfly Handmade Card

I think roses are probably the most loved of all our garden flowers. They have become a very British symbol adorning all our gardens, whether a cottage garden, a more surburban plot or growing wild they always give all year round fragrance and colour. This coral rose was photographed fresh in my garden and sits beautifully on a patterned ground with fern leaves created in Illustrator. The skin print patterned butterflies flutter around a patterned circle which says Happy Mother’s Day. Finished off with a few green and amber glass gems, this is a pretty card for a special day.
The card is rectangular, landscape, with scalloped edges. Size 150 x 105mm
