A Mother’s Day- Handmade Strawberry Ripple Rose Card

This Fabulous ‘Strawberry Ripple Rose’ is a new addition to my garden, I just couldn’t resist this unique flower. It’s real name is ‘Hanky Panky’ but I think a Strawberry Ripple is more fitting! The bloom itself has been photographed in my garden and hand-cut to be mounted on a circle of hand painted rose leaves and buds, to bring this floral design to life. It has some black glass gems added to define the centre and some red ones spaced around the foliage.

This card says Happy Mother’s Day and inside has a smaller rose saying  ‘To the loveliest Mum’

Card size is 150 x 150 mm, white with scalloped edges and matching white envelope.
