Decorative Nature Valance Birthday Cards – unique original designs- pack of four

This fabulous pack of four Birthday cards has four individual designs are ‘Decorative Nature Valance’ such colourful decorative designs make a stunning pack of cards. The first design being the ‘Garden Bird Valance’ This card celebrates that joyous time showing many of frequent visitors to my bird feeders, which I have witnessed and captured by hand-painting, bringing them back to life in my valance of leaves and branches. The Bull Finch with it rose blush chest, the cute Blue-tit & Wren with its stand up tail, the Goldfinch which has been attracted by a good supply of sunflower hearts, the Great-tit and of course the Robin who is waiting for fresh food every morning. A few butterflies and mayflies flutter and hover inbetween the leaves. The message reads ‘A Little Bird told me it’s your Birthday’ and is blank inside

The second card is the ‘Fruit Orchard’ a fabulous selection of scrumptious fruits. Plums, cherries, strawberries, raspberries, brambles, gooseberries, figs, apples and pears are arranged in a decorative valance. Hand painted they are almost real and ready to eat! A warm cream ombre ground grows in from the outside fading to leave a circle for the cards text ‘Enjoy today it’s your Birthday!’

The third card reads ‘This Special Card is just for You!’ and it definitely is if you love the countryside and want to preserve the wonderful trees around us. What would the world be like without trees, the leaves, blossom in Spring, the fruits, berries, nuts and seeds that feed all forms of wildlife. This decorative valance has been created from hand drawn and coloured images of leaves all shapes and sizes and their fruits, which sit alongside the photographic images of trees. The message sits inside a central circular clearing, it is perfect for a Birthdays,but could be ideal for other occasions.

The fourth card is by the sea, a fabulous place to wind down, listening to the water lapping against the rocks, go for a day out to celebrate a Birthday, or let this card transport there! My watery shell design is a decorative rockpool, bubbling with life; colourful hand-painted shells, plants and creatures all alive in this imaginative habitat, brought together on a watery blue ombre. This design is created in Photoshop with hand-painted and photograpic images. Yes, why not ‘Relax it’s your Birthday’ after all its your special day once a year.
