I think the hedgehog and the wild rabbits are some of our favourite country friends. Perfect for wishing friends and family a Happy Christmas! You may see the rabbits or bunnies on the grass verges or hopping about in the fields, the hedgehog being noctural may be more difficult to spot, luckily I did have the priviledge of a hedgehog in my garden over a year ago which inspired this handmade Christmas Card. I wanted to show and remind people of this really unique species of British endangered wildlife. Both these wild animals have special characters which I hope to have brought to life with a touch of glitter hightlights and a few glass gems in these idyllic festive scenes.
