A Happy Birthday – Afternoon Tea and Cakes Handmade Card

Afternoon tea is a perfect treat for Birthdays or any occasion really and this card has a very special tea with lots of tasty little sandwiches and gorgeous fancy cakes to celebrate. I just loved painting and inventing a few of my own delicious sweet treats. Yes, all those yummy cakes are hand painted and set on a three tier cake display, which is drawn in Illustator as are the cups, saucers and teapot. The china has a beige ombre tint with tiny hand painted flowers spaced on top to make a pretty all over pattern. The two larger pink water-colour flowers are set with a pink glass gem to add extra sparkle.
