The Cerise Rose is one of the most popular handmade cards. The deep cerise coloured rose is from a photograph taken in my garden a few years ago. I captured that freshness in an instant and the intensity of colour, which I don’t think will disappoint! This velvet like rose has been separated in Photoshop, printed, hand-cut and mounted in relief and placed centrally in an outer circle of hand painted buds and leaves. It is already available as a Birthday card, but I think it also makes a wonderful Mother’s Day card. With extra sparkle added it is a special card for a very special lady in our lives.
