Exotic Shell Collection Card.

The Exotic Shell Collection is one I would have loved when I was young, I always filled the sandcastle bucket with shells instead of sand.  There is still something relaxing about walking along the beach looking for a glimpse of a pattern or colour that could be a shell.  When they are out of water and dry they lose that intensity of colour so these hand-painted shells are in full colour as if still submerged.  What amazing shapes; the turbinate of the snail, the turreted spiral shape, patelliform like a parasol and the fan-shape of the scallop, all great images for design.  This melange of shells with stunning colours stands out on black, leaving a central shape of white which says ‘Have a Wonderful Day!’ perfect for all occasions, Birthdays or Anniversaries it will brighten up a special day.
