Bamboo of Pandas Art Print + Mount

Pandas or the Giant Panda are a great favourite and fascinate us all.  Children of course, love them, because they just resemble big black and white cuddly teddy bears. The scene I have created of a family of Pandas in real life would be a rare sight, as they are very solitary animals.  They live in the Minshan and Qinling forests of China where there is a rich variety of plants including the bamboo their staple diet.  Thankfully the WWF in partneship with the Chinese government is helping these wonderful endangered species to survive.

Hand drawn these pandas are brought to life using water-colour pencils to keep that soft fluffy look of a bear.  A soft sand coloured ombre ground created in Illustrator makes this imaginative design complete.  All these elements are brought together in Photoshop and printed on a quality Matt Epson 240gsm paper to enhance the detail. This design is also available as a gorgeous greetings card.

The Aperture is 7 x 5 inches – 12.5 x 18 cms

The white frame mount is made from 1400 micron acid free whitecore board, 45 degree bevelled edge inside.

Outside measurements 10 x 8 inches -22.5 x 20.5 cms a perfect size for standard ready made picture frames.
