The wonderful hummingbird is a design favourite of mine. A magical moment, with a fantasy floral cascade attracting the beautiful hovering hummingbirds, is set in a geometric patterned frame and surrounded by an outer band of turquoise. Drawn in Illustrator, the over-all design has many gradient shades of blue, aqua and green with a central dramatic black background to show-case the intricate detail of the flowers and birds. Digital printing has transformed the quality of colour and detail possible on such a practical natural textured material.
These mats are eco-friendly, hard wearing, made from high quality cork, with a smooth finish and rounded edges. They are ideal for indoor use, and measure 290 x 290 in size and x 8mm in thickness.
